Fitri Hardiyanti Nirm: 01.1.3.14.0394 Faculty of Agricultural Extension review the effectiveness of the utilization of people's business credit in improving the performance of farming business in Binjai Subdistrict langkat district with the aim to know the level of effectiveness of the utilization of credit business people in improving the performance of farming. This study was conducted in Binjai Subdistrict of Langkat Regency in April until May 2017 with the number of samples drawn by simple random sampling of 71 respondents. Techniques / methods of data collection used is by observation, interview and recording that is collecting data about the identity of respondents and utilization of credit business people in improving kineja farming business by asking questions directly to the respondents by using questionnaires that have been tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis using Likert scale product moment correlation. The result of the study shows that the effectiven of the utilization of farmers' business credit is quite good (58%) because the farmers are still unsure and are not sure to use the people's business credit in improving the product moment correlation test.
