Rahmat Dian Harefa, Nirm 01.01.18.060, Participation of the Management of the Water User Farmers Association (P3A) in Water Irrigation Maintenance in Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study aims to analyze the level of participation of the management of the water user farmer associations (P3A) and analyze the factors that influence the participation of the water user farmer associations (P3A) management which was carried out from February to June 2022. The methods of data collection were observation, interviews, and interviews. and the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis uses a Likert scale and linear regression. The results of the study show that the level of participation of the administrators of the water user farmer associations (P3A) in water irrigation maintenance is 83.5% with a very high category, while the results of linear regression on the factors that affect the participation rate obtained the following equation Y = 14,205 + 0,189 X1 + 0,327 X2 + 0,562 X3 + 0,903 X4 - 0,309 X5 + 0,757 X6 + 0,934 X7. Partial follow-up test where the factors that influence the participation of the management of the water user farmer association (P3A) are the number of dependents of the family, experience in farming, the distance from the house to the place of activity, and the intensity of the interaction between the farmers and the factors that do not affect the age, education level, and land area.
